Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Tandoor n' Wok's catering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Tandoor n' Wok provides catering services including but not limited to:

• Party catering orders
• Tray orders
• Full catering services
• Religious langar services

Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms will be specified in your contract. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Final payment is typically due before or on the event date.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies will be outlined in your specific contract. Generally:

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before the event may receive a partial refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may not be eligible for a refund
• Refund eligibility is subject to the terms of your specific contract

Limitation of Liability

Tandoor n' Wok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
